What Vetted Teams does
Vetted Teams helps you find and work with service providers (for example home inspection, dispatching, medical billing, cleaning, and virtual assistants). We check providers as described on our How we vet page. We are a new company and we do not publish reviews, ratings, or client counts.
Requests
Sending a request through the website or the app does not create a contract for any service. We will contact you with a scope and a price. Nothing is owed until you agree to it in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details and job descriptions.
- Do not send health records, bank details, or account passwords through the website or the app.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
Truck dispatching
Where we dispatch for a carrier, we act as the carrier’s agent. We are not a broker and we do not hold freight payments. Our fee and terms are provided in a written agreement before any work starts.
No guarantees
We work to recommend providers we can vouch for, but we cannot guarantee any provider’s work or availability. If we cannot vouch for someone, we say so.
Accounts
You may create an account in the app to see your past requests. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account.
