• We confirm business registration, and liability insurance where the work calls for it.
• Licensed work goes only to people who hold the license. We ask to see it.
• People who handle private data sign a confidentiality agreement first.
• Virtual assistants and billers work through logins you control and can remove.
• If a provider falls short, we replace them and tell you.
